You have never made a ramen noddle from flour though super-interested in it? Here is the class for you! Not just only cooking a ramen soup from seasonings and sources you can experience the ramen noddle making too in this class. What's else included in the class is a walking tour in a grocery store where our tour assistant give you a guide on Japanese unique foods and seasonings off the shelf. You can find the nice small staff there if you looked for the bulk souvenir for your too many friends at your hometown? JIRO style ramen is what you can learn through this class among many types. Don't know JIRO ramen? It's a ramen with a quite fat no0dles, thick garlic taste soup and the big roasted pork. lots of boiled vegetable are topped on the ramen like a lid on a pot. We believe that you can feel and touch the real taste of Japanese ramens of daily foods!

The meeting point is at outside the central ticket gate of Akihabara Station. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will depart ahead of you. In that case, you are requested to come to our kitchen studio directly. No refunds will be made in the case of your delay.

In this class, you can learn how to make futomaki and temari sushi, both of which are perfect for parties. Simple and Fun to Make Inari Sushi Party
In this class, you can learn how to make inari sushi of a traditional Japanese dish. Inarizushi is fried tofu skin cooked in sweet dashi broth and filled with vinegared rice.
