  • How do I make a reservation?
    You can book the classes from the following pages. 【Book Now】 You can also make the bookings through Tripadvisor, Get Your Guide, airKitchen, Cookly, and Activities Japan.
  • What is your accepted payment method?
    We request for the credit card payment; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover are accepted.
  • Is there a cut-off time for reservations?
    Please make a reservation at least 3 days prior to the lesson date.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    No cancellation fees will be charged if your cancellation request is confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the start of the lesson. if the cancellation is made within 72 hours, 100% fee for the class will be charged. *For reservations made through OTAs, each OTA has a different cancellation policy. Please check the website of the each OTA where you are using.
  • Are classes in English?
    All lessons are provided in English. Alternatively, lessons can be given in Japanese.
  • Where are the cooking classes held?
    If you are booking in Jiro Style Ramen making class: The meeting point is at outside the central ticket gate of Akihabara Station. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will depart ahead of you. In that case, you are requested to come to our kitchen studio directly. No refunds will be made in the case of your delay. If you are booking in except of Jiro Style Ramen making class: The venue for the cooking class will be set 3 days prior to the lesson date. Patia cooking classes adopt the multi-location system.Patia Nishi-Shinbashi, Patia Kojimachi, or Patia Ichigaya are the venues that we are primarily selecting for the class. For the venue details, please check the e-mail that you are receiving in your inbox 3 days prior to the date of the class .Please note that there will be the case that we are selecting the another venue according to the availability.
  • What kind of the cooking class has been available?
    We offer a variety of cooking classes, including classes where you can learn traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi rolls and temari sushi, as well as home-style cooking such as beef bowls and saikyo yaki. For more details, please click here.
  • Is there anything I need to bring on the day of the event?
    All materials and kitchen tools will be provided. Aprons are not provided, so please bring your own if necessary.
  • What time do the lessons start?
    The starting time will vary depending on the class. If you are booking in Jiro Style Ramen making class: The meeting point is at outside the central ticket gate of Akihabara Station at 11am. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will depart ahead of you. In that case, you are requested to come to our kitchen studio directly. No refunds will be made in the case of your delay. If you are booking in Teddy Bear Kyaraben making class: The lessons will start at 11:30. Please arrive at the studio before the start time. If you are booking in except of Jiro Style Ramen making and Teddy Bear Kyaraben class: The lessons will start at 11:00. Please arrive at the studio before the start time.
